First off, artichoke hearts SMELL!!!!!!!!! Horrible. I was gagging while I was cutting them up. Then I was trying to thaw the frozen spinach and made the microwave smell funny........
BUT, I got a garlic press and was very excited!! Until the garlic got stuck and I still had to use my fingers. But it worked out!
So here it is in the pan, waiting for the oven to preheat......it was rather thin because all my mom's 8x8 pans were in use, so I had to sub with a 9x13...not the same.
Yummy!! Can't wait for lasagna.....
